Juan Alegria has penned a deal at Rangers following his successful medical in Glasgow this afternoon.

The Colombian striker will join the B team at Ibrox following his switch from FC Honka.

Gers were heavily linked with the frontman, 19, earlier this year but the move has just been finalised and is expected to be announced later today.

And Herald and Times Sport understands there were no issues with his tests today.

The Athletic report that Gers have agreed a 'six-figure sum' to bring the player in.

Alegria follows in the footsteps of his countryman Alfredo Morelos who joined Rangers back in 2017.

He has scored twice in 10 matches this season already but will make a step up by moving to Scotland.
