FASHION SAKALA's incredible hat-trick versus Motherwell has presented a problem for Rangers ahead of their Europa League tie with Brondby, according to Kenny Miller.

The Zambian striker bagged three against the Fir Park outfit in the 6-1 victory for the Gers on Sunday.

The 24-year-old has been made to bide his time to break into Steven Gerrard's side since his summer move from KV Oostende.

But he made a tremendous impact on the starting XI as the Light Blues moved four points clear of Celtic at the top of table.

And Miller believes his form poses a selection issue for his old side, as star man Alfredo Morelos simply cannot be dropped, especially for a big European game.

There is also Kemar Roofe to consider, who scored late on in the weekend rout too.

The former striker told the Go Radio Football Show: "It would be a big, big decision to leave him out.

"Some managers look at games and will already have their team picked. Sometimes if you're resting players and someone comes in and scores a hat-trick, you've got a problem.

"The fact that they haven't been firing as much as they would have liked, I'd expect him to get the nod.

"When you score a hat-trick and you bring an energy to the team...I think he just gives you something different and something Rangers have been missing over the course of the season.

"You don't want to get carried away. It's been one game and a very dominant performance, but if he scores a hat-trick and gets left out I'm sure he would be disappointed.

I'd expect him to start up front with Morelos, probably off the left."

He continued: "I liked the look of the team (against Motherwell). The back four will be the same. Steven Davis is such a calm and controlling influence so I'd expect him to play.

"The only change I'd potentially make is to start Ianis Hagi. But that would dropping Sakala or Scott Arfield.

"After that performance I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves it as it was."
