CELTIC are reportedly checking in on Barnsley defender Callum Styles.
The left-back is said to be one of several players that the Hoops are monitoring ahead of the January transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou has made no secret of the need to strengthen his squad as Celtic aim to reclaim the title back from Rangers at the end of this season.
He is set to land Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Yosuke Ideguchi at the very start of the winter window, even before they face Rangers on January 2.
And journalist Alan Nixon reports that Barnsley's Styles is another player Celtic are watching closely.
The left-back is 21-years-old and has featured in every game for the Championship side so far this season.
He has one goal and one assist to his name in those 22 matches.
