Reports have emerged which state that the 18-year-old prospect has already opened talks with the Ibrox side over a move.
We told you earlier this month how the Dutchman had emerged as an early transfer target for Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The youngster's contract expires at the end of the season, with super agent Mino Raiola floating his name around for potential suitors.
He will be free to enter talks over a pre-contract agreement with other clubs next week as he entres the final six-months of his deal at PSG.
And according to Spanish outlet AS, Rangers are leading the race for his signature, having already spoken to Raiola about a move.
It's said that van Bronckhorst has personally pursued the teenager.
