CELTIC midfielder Liam Shaw is at Fir Park to finalise his loan move to Motherwell.
The versatile player, who can be deployed in defence or midfield, joined the Glasgow club from Sheffield Wednesday in a £300,000 transfer back in June.
However, the 20-year-old has only featured twice for Ange Postecoglou’s side during the 2021/22 campaign and is keen to get game time.
He made his debut in the Europa League group game against Real Betis at Parkhead last month and then came on in the cinch Premiership match against St Mirren in Paisley.
Motherwell manager Graham Alexander is hoping Shaw can boost his side’s push for a European place in the second half of the season.
The Steelmen are currently in fourth place in the Premiership after 20 games and on course to reach the Conference League second qualifying round.
The Englishman, who was also targeted by St Johnstone this month, is at Fir Park to complete loan this afternoon.
