Celtic clinch Riley McGree transfer as Ange Postecoglou lands Charlotte FC star
CELTIC are set to announce the signing of Charlotte FC playmaker Riley McGree.
The Australian international has spent the season on loan at Birmingham and has starred for Lee Bowyer's side.
His performances have caught the interest of Celtic and now the Hoops are set to land their man despite interest from a number of clubs south of the border.
McGree's loan deal ended in December and before that he had scored three goals in 30 games.
Birmingham had hoped to keep the midfielder, but it is understood that Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou clinched the deal for McGree.
