Andreas Skov Olsen is ‘expected’ to sign for Club Brugge according to reports.

Belgian news outlet HLN suggests the winger, who has repeatedly linked with Rangers, will move from Bologna for around €5.5m.

Brugge have been on Skov Olson’s trail since his spectacular spell at previous club FC Nordsjælland.

He scored 22 goals in 44 matches for the Danish side, prompting international recognition and a move to Serie A.

He’s been in and out of favour in Italy but remains a solid fixture in the Danish national team grabbing six goals in 14 appearances and cementing his status as a key squad member.

Van Bronckhorst was asked directly about interest in the player but refused to be drawn.

He said: "Players I like? There are lots of players I like.

"I will never talk about potential players we are tracking. Of course you will see a lot of names in the press.

"I have no comments about that. Once we have signed a new target, that will be the time to say something.

"But at the moment you will see a lot of press and also some names I read in the media that we are definitely not tracking."
