CELTIC host Rangers tonight in what could be a definitive point in this season's race for the Scottish Premiership title.

Both sides have a number of players unavailable due to injuries and suspensions - here is the full list ahead of the top-of-the-table clash.

Celtic

Out

Albian Ajeti - Swiss striker Ajeti remains injured and hasn’t played since a 3-2 victory over Real Betis in December after chasing down a clearance, forcing an early substitution.

Nir Bitton - Defensive stalwart Bitton is suspended ahead of the match due to receiving a red card against Dundee United at the weekend during their 1-0 win.

Karamoko Dembele - Celtic youngster Dembele is yet to make an appearance this season - after suffering an ankle fracture in a pre-season friendly against Bristol City in July.

Kyogo Furuhashi - Celtic favourite Furuhashi is still out following a hamstring injury in December’s Europa League game against Real Betis.

Yosuke Ideguchi - Japanese midfielder Ideguchi is the latest casualty for Celtic after being on the receiving end of a strong challenge by Alloa Athletic’s Mouhamed Niang in last month’s Scottish Cup encounter.

Tom Rogic - The Aussie star seems to be reborn under Postecoglou - however Celtic will be without his spark on Wednesday due to his commitment to his international side following the recent Asian World Cup Qualifiers.

David Turnbull - David Turnbull is out of the reckoning for Wednesday’s game at Celtic Park after picking up a hamstring injury during the Premier Sports Cup Final in December.

Doubts

Daizen Maeda - There are question marks remain over Maeda’s availability following his inclusion of the Japan national team over the last week - especially after being a 68th-minute substitute in their 2-0 win over Saudi Arabia on Monday.

Callum McGregor - Celtic are hopeful McGregor could return for Wednesday’s top-of-the-table clash against Rangers - as he hasn’t featured in the side since sustaining an awful cheekbone injury against Alloa Athletic last month.

Rangers

Out

Steven Davis - The Northern Irish veteran hasn’t played a minute of football since being substituted on the 9th of December against Lyon in the Europa League, and remains sidelined through injury ahead of Wednesday’s Old Firm showdown.

Ianis Hagi - Romanian playmaker Hagi will be out for the remainder of the season after limping off the pitch against Stirling Albion earlier this month.

Filip Helander - The scorer of the winning goal in the previous Old Firm derby remains out with a knee injury, and hasn’t featured for Rangers since a 2-1 win away to St Johnstone in September.

Alfredo Morelos - The Colombian striker is set to miss Wednesday’s clash with Celtic due to being a part of the national squad that lost both fixtures to Argentina and Peru.

Nnamdi Ofoborh - The Nigerian midfielder is yet to make an appearance for Rangers this season, and he remains unavailable due to heart problems.

Doubts

Leon Balogun - Nigerian defender remains a doubt for Wednesday’s match through a reportedly mysterious injury - which he has had since November - and also received harsh criticism from his international manager after pulling out of Nigeria’s AFCON squad in early January.

Aaron Ramsey - The Welsh midfielder arrived on deadline day but has admitted that he won't quite be up to speed for the derby. A late cameo off the bench remains a possibility but the Juventus loanee is unlikely to feature.
