CELTIC and Rangers now know when their Scottish Cup quarter-final ties will be taking place.

Celtic will play away to Dundee United while Rangers take the trip just up the road to Dens Park.

The Scottish FA announced earlier this week that they were waiting for the completion of the latest knockout rounds of the Europa League and Europa Conference League before confirming exact dates and kick-off times.

Rangers last night progressed to the last-16 of the Europa League after beating Borussia Dortmund over two-legs.

Meanwhile, Celtic exited the Conference League having been beaten by Bodo/Glimt 5-1 on aggregate.

However, with the games now been and gone, the Old Firm's respective trips to Dundee for the last-eight of the Scottish Cup have been confirmed.

Firstly, Dundee will host Rangers on Sunday, March 13 with a 4pm kick-off slot.

Celtic will then make their trip up to face Dundee United at Tannadice on Monday, March 14. This game will start at 7.45pm.

Both matches have been selected by Premier Sports for live TV coverage.

The first cup quarter will take place on Saturday, March 12 between Hearts and St Mirren with a 7.45pm kick-off.

While the second will be at 12.30pm on March 13.
