RANGERS are keeping tabs on Schalke goalkeeper Martin Fraisl - but have not made an approach for the shot-stopper just yet, according to reports.
The 28-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and reports in Germany claimed he had already agreed a deal to move to the Premiership champions on a free transfer this summer.
However, the Daily Record report that the Ibrox club have still to make their move for Fraisl, who joined Schalke from ADO Den Haag in the Netherlands last summer.
The Austrian, who is also believed to have caught the attention of Premier League strugglers Norwich City, has made 17 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga this term, keeping six clean sheets.
Current Rangers No1 Allan McGregor is out of contract at the end of the season, while back-up goalie Jon McLaughlin recently signed a two-year extension in Govan. Robby McCrorie, a graduate from the club's academy, is another option available to manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
