HEARTS are reportedly set to make a move for Livingston star Alan Forrest.
The former Ayr United winger is out-of-contract at the end of this season.
It has already been revealed that Dundee United have tabled a pre-contract offer to the 25-year-old.
However, it seems that Forrest - younger brother of Celtic star James - will not be short of options.
The Scottish Sun report that Hearts are ready to rival United with a pre-contract offer of their own.
Forrest rejected the chance to join St Johnstone in January.
He has been at the Tony Macaroni Arena since the summer of 2020 after departing Championship side Ayr.
Forrest has hit five goals in 35 appearances so far this season.
