CELTIC could sign Bodo/Glimt star Ola Solbakken for a bargain price this summer, it has been reported.
The winger emerged as a potential transfer target this summer earlier this week.
A report stated that Solbakken was being considered by Parkhead chiefs as part of the club's summer contingency plan, should Jota not want to make his stay a permanent one beyond this season.
Jota will cost the Hoops £6million if he does want to move on from Benfica.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport say Solbakken could be signed for a fraction of the price.
The Italian outlet reports that Celtic would have to splash £1.6million for the Norwegian player.
Their report states that Roma are also interest in the attacker, with Bodo/Glimt having faced Jose Mourinho's side in the Europa Conference League too this term.
He scored twice in Bodo's famous 6-1 thumping of Jose Mourinho's side.
Solbakken also scored against Celtic as the Norwegian champions eliminated Ange Postecoglou 's team in the knockout stage.
