Outspoken talkSPORT pundit Jason Cundy has branded Rangers' run to the Europa League final as "astonishing".

The former Chelsea and Spurs defender has been blown away by the Ibrox side's progress since their financial issues in 2012.

And he insists they have more than enough in the locker to take care of Eintracht Frankfurt in the final.

He said: "Congratulations Rangers. That is astonishing. Astonishing.

"When you think about where they were four or five years ago to where they are now. Astonishing.

"Do not underestimate how big this is. It truly is remarkable.

"To get get to the Europa League final..."

Colleague Jamie O'Hara interjects: "A good side. Leipzig..."

Cundy continues: "Yes, they were. Not anymore. Rangers, see you later. They brushed them aside.

"They are going to play Frankfurt. They can beat Frankfurt.

"Rangers, it is one of those (claps).

"To get to the final... you think about the teams they have been up against throughout the whole tournament.

"They are losing 1-0 and they manage to turn it around, not just once at home, but twice, coming back from a drawing position.

"It's a brilliant result. Honestly. That is top drawer."
