UEFA share impressive Goldson statistics

UEFA have shared stunning Connor Goldson stats that show the Rangers defender has been the dominant force in the Europa League.

The official Twitter account for the tournament shared a top six list of the most ball recoveries during the this season's competition.

Goldson tops the charts with 92, while Frankfurt trio Evan N'Dicka, Tuta and Martin Hinteregger are also on the list.

Rangers learn Champions League ruling impact

UEFA have announced they will scrap their coefficient plan and from 2024 will award two Champions League places to countries whose clubs collectively performed best in Europe the previous campaign.

An agreement has been reached in Vienna between UEFA and the European Club Association on access to the new-look competition.

The proposal to award two places in the new 36-team league phase based on individual clubs’ European performances over five years has been scrapped, with critics arguing it created a safety net for failing big clubs and a Super League by default.

McCoist slams cost of Seville flights

Ally McCoist has blasted airlines for putting up their costs for desperate Rangers fans looking to get to Seville.

Ibrox fans will travel in their thousands to the Spanish city and many are finding unique ways to get there on the cheap.

McCoist has revealed that he tried to book some flights for his sons before the cost skyrocketed. He told talkSPORT: “It’s a disgrace what the flight companies are doing.
