CELTIC face stiff competition from clubs from the English and Italian top flights in their bid to sign Shamrock Rovers forward Aidomo Emakhu, according to reports.
The 18-year-old forward scored in the qualifying rounds of the inaugural edition of the Europa Conference League and has caught the eye playing in the League of Ireland.
The Republic of Ireland Under-19 internationalist is being tracked by Premier League duo Southampton and Wolves, while Celtic have also been credited with an interest in the striker.
However, the chase for Emakhu is heating up. The Irish Sun report that Serie B winners Lecce and Jose Mourinho's Roma are keeping tabs on the centre-forward, with the former credited with a 'strong interest'.
