BILLY GILMOUR could be on the move this summer, according to reports.
The Scotland star is heading into the final year of his contract at Chelsea.
The ex-Rangers youngster spent last season on loan with Norwich as he looked to build up some first team experience in the Premier League.
It wasn't the greatest of moves for Gilmour though, as the Canaries were relegated from England's top flight.
He came under intense scrutiny from a section of the Norwich support too, and was benched on more occasions than he would've liked.
However, with a return to Chelsea for pre-season training on the cards in the coming weeks, speculation about his future has grown.
talkSPORT say that Frank Lampard is keen to a reunion with the 20-year-old at Goodison Park.
Lamps gave Gilmour his debut at Stamford Bridge and was credited with bringing him through the academy pathway into the first team in the 2019/20 season.
It is now said that Lampard will look to use his connections to bring Gilmour to the Toffees.
Their report also states that Conor Gallagher is another Blues player that Everton are interested in signing.
