CALVIN BASSEY continued his impressive Nigeria form as the national team smashed São Tomé and Príncipe 10-0.
The Rangers defender started in the backline for his country in the Africa Cup of Nations qualification fixture - while Joe Aribo and Leon Balogun were on the bench.
Bassey has earned rave reviews for his performances on both the domestic, European and international stage this year.
And he enjoyed another positive performance with his side cruising to a huge victory over São Tomé and Príncipe.
Balogun would climb off the bench after 71 minutes when Bassey was given the last 20 minutes off in the match.
Nigeria raced to victory with Victor Osimhen scoring four goals in the clash.
Moses Simon, Terem Moffi, Oghenekaro Etebo, Ademola Lookman and Emmanuel Dennis were all also on the scoresheet.
