PAUL HARTLEY is closing in on securing the signing of Reghan Tumilty, according to a report.
The new Hartlepool United boss is looking to use his knowledge of the Scottish market as he bolsters his squad this summer.
The ex-Hearts and Celtic star left Cove Rangers two-weeks ago as he joined the League Two outfit.
And The Courier say that the former Dundee gaffer is set to sign Tumilty following his departure from Raith Rovers.
The right-back is a free agent and is understood to have options north and south of the border.
But this report states that the one-time Ross County players looks set to join up with Hartley at Hartlepool.
