DUNDEE UNITED sporting director Tony Asghar admits the club are still at loggerheads with Hearts over Lewis Neilson.
The 19-year-old defender was snapped up by the Jam Tarts earlier this month from the Tangerines.
United insist they are due a development fee for the teenager but Hearts believe they owe United nothing with the case now likely to be settled by tribunal.
Asghar said: “There’s been a lot of talk about Lewis Neilson.
"We have a case that I assume will next go to tribunal.
"We feel that we’re due compensation as a football club.
“That’s with our legal team and the SPFL at present.”
When asked if he was confident of a successful outcome, Asghar added: “Very confident.”
