WOLVES are making Hearts and Aberdeen wait over their transfer pursuit of Connor Ronan, according to a report.
The Premier League side are said to be willing to let the 24-year-old go this summer.
However, it's also believed that before they let the attacking midfielder move on, boss Bruno Lage wants to take a look at the Republic of Ireland player during pre-season.
Both Hearts and Aberdeen are keen to sign the Irishman ahead of the new season, after he impressed on loan with St Mirren last term.
As a result of Lage wanting to take a closer look at Ronan though, the Daily Record say that the Premiership duo will be forced to be patient in their approach.
It remains to be seen whether Ronan would be allowed to leave on a permanent deal, or whether another loan move could be on the cards.
