PARTICK THISTLE fans believe they may have been given an early sneak preview of the club's new home jersey.

A photo has emerged online of a potential kit leak for the 2022/23 season.

Stunningly, the image appears to show the club mascot, Kingsley, printed on the front of the strip as part of its design.

The club had posted a small snapshot of the sponsor on the top earlier this week - which matches exactly how it appears in this photo.

But it's not yet known if the strip leaked online is a replica of the new shirt for the upcoming season or a marketing stunt.

A spokesman for Partick Thistle FC said: "We are aware that the imminent launch of our new home top for season 2022/23, in partnership with O'Neills and Greaves Sports, has raised more than a few eyebrows over the past 24 hours.

"While we must remain tightlipped and mask the new kit until it is officially launched on Friday, we are confident it will be another big hit with Jags fans - it's already received the thumbs up from those select few in the know at Firhill."
