FORMER Holland striker Youri Mulder has written off Rangers and insists Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side have no chance against PSV.
Ibrox will play host to the first leg of the Champions League play-off tonight before the return leg in the Netherlands next week.
Mulder believes PSV will book their place in the group stages of the competition with ease and he insists Rangers only have "one good player".
“I saw Rangers against Union,” the former Schalke frontman explained to Ziggo Sport.
"I didn’t like Rangers at all. (They are) two levels below than Monaco (who PSV beat in the last round). PSV will easily beat that. They have one good player and that is Malik Tillman."
The Govan club last played in European football’s elite club competition in 2010/11 before their financial problems saw them re-emerge in the bottom tier of Scottish football, from where they eventually returned to the top flight.
Rangers were knocked out of the Champions League qualifiers by Malmo last season, but Gers players and fans then enjoyed a memorable run to the Europa League final, only to lose on penalties to Eintracht Frankfurt in Seville.
