Rangers defender exits Ibrox on loan as he returns to homeland
RANGERS defender Mateusz Zukowski has joined Lech Poznan on-loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old right-back joined Gers in the winter transfer window and featured in the Scottish Cup win at Annan in February.
The Polish U21 international will now return to the Ekstraklasa on an initial loan deal, but an option to buy is included.
Meanwhile, referee Nick Walsh will take charge of Saturday's Old Firm derby.
The whistler was handed his first derby just last year when Steven Gerrard's Light Blues won 4-1 as Callum McGregor was sent off.
Walsh will be assisted by Graeme Stewart and Calum Spence with Steven McLean named as the fourth official.
