RANGERS starlet Leon King looks set to avoid any retrospective action following his tackle on Motherwell's Stuart McKinstry at the weekend.
The Gers defender was shown a yellow card by referee David Dickinson for bringing down the 20-year-old as he burst towards Allan McGregor's goal.
It was a robust challenge which has since split opinion on whether it merited a red.
Since Sunday's game, King has been left waiting to see whether Scottish FA's compliance officer would cite him over the tackle.
However, the Daily Record report that the 18-year-old can rest easy, with a review of the incident concluding that no further action was required.
SFA chiefs have until today to act upon any of the weekend's action if they feel necessary.
King will enjoy increased game time over the coming weeks with Connor Goldson, Filip Helander and John Souttar all out injured.
