A clash between Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara and Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been rubbished.
Reports emerged over the weekend that the Finnish star had strong words for the Gers manager on Saturday after being substituted at half-time in their draw with St Mirren.
It was said that the former Dundee player had a disagreement with Van Bronckhorst after the game over the supposed matter.
The 1-1 draw in Paisley was Kamara's first league start since August under the Dutchman, with Scott Arfield brought on for him after the break.
However, any reported argument has been dispelled as "pure speculation or falsehood" by Kamara's lawyer, Aamer Anwar.
He told the Daily Record: "Glen is the utmost professional and has always respected the decisions the manager makes - his position is that there was absolutely no disagreement & any attempt to say there was is based on pure speculation or falsehood.”
Pressure continues to grow on Van Bronckhorst after the draw versus St Mirren ultimately left Rangers nine points behind Celtic in the title race.
