Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team to face Livingston this evening.

The Scottish champions will be aiming to restore their nine-point gap over Rangers with a win.

The Hoops recorded a 1-0 victory over Aberdeen at the weekend in what was a last-gasp triumph.

Callum McGregor, who returned to the starting line-up after a lengthy spell out through injury, scored three minutes from time to seal the win.

The skipper struck from the edge of the box to secure the all-important three points.

While Celtic will be looking to keep their winning run going, Livingston will also be looking for a positive result to keep pressure on Aberdeen in third spot.

David Martindale's side were not in action over the weekend, with their home clash against Dundee United postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Since the 2018/19 season, Livi have taken more points from Glasgow's big two than any other team who have played in the top flight.

Postecoglou will be well aware of the threats they pose. While they are famed for being a defensive team, and they are well-organised, the Lions carry a potent threat at the top end of the pitch too.

Joel Nouble has enjoyed a fine season, and Bruce Anderson, who recovered from injury not long prior to the World Cup break, has finding some form too.

Here's how the teams line-up ahead of this one, with kick-off at 7.45pm.

CELTIC XI: Hart, Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor, McGregor, O'Riley, Hatate, Abada, Jota, Kyogo.
