Rangers fan group the Union Bears this afternoon blasted the Ibrox board for 'taking their eye off the ball' as they demanded change.

The prominent supporter group unveiled a banner calling for serious changes at Rangers with reference to the trophy haul in recent seasons.

Citing the 55 top-flight titles Rangers have won - with Celtic winning 52 so far - the display appeared to surface as Celtic close in on Rangers' trophy collection.

Reports earlier this week detailed that Celtic could come within one trophy of Rangers' all-time collection should they land a treble this season. Rangers have won 117 trophies with Celtic on 114.

The Union Bears banner read: After fifty-five titles you took your eye off the ball.

"Time for change."

Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson and sporting director Ross Wilson were also targeted in displays at Ibrox this afternoon.

Ahead of the match against Kilmarnock, a banner with images of Roberson and Wilson's faces crossed out was draped from another section of the stadium.

The group previously cited a Beale remark in a banner blast over the club's recent trophy troubles.

Referencing Beale's comments on "standards" at Rangers after allowing Partick Thistle an uncontested goal in the Scottish Cup final clash, a display read: "Two trophies in eleven years. Uphold the standards that matter."
