Celtic are just one win away from being crowned champions.

Ange Postecoglou's side faces Hearts this weekend in the first post-split fixture of the top six for both teams.

And with the Hoops currently 13 points ahead of Rangers with only five games remaining, one more win will be enough to wrap things up.

Hearts still have plenty to play for though, with the battle for third place still alive.

When is Hearts vs Celtic?

Hearts take on Celtic TODAY on Sunday, May 7.

The game will kick off at 2.15pm.

It will be played at Tynecastle Park, Edinburgh.

Is Hearts vs Celtic on TV and can I live stream it?

Yes, thankfully this game will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The broadcaster will showcase the game on their Main Event and Football channels this weekend.

Coverage starts at 2pm on their football channel and at 2.10pm on the Main Event channel.

Sky customers will also be able to live stream the game via SkyGo.

Team news

Well, we know already that Cameron Carter-Vickers has been ruled out for  the rest of the season.

He will be joined on the sidelines by Alistair Johnston, who suffered an ankle injury against Rangers. He hobbled off and was pictured in crutches during the club's celebrations at Hampden. It's expected he will be out of action until at least the Scottish Cup final.

It remains to be seen whether James Forrest will be ready for a return.

Both Ange Postecoglou and Steven Naismith will provide fitness updates on their squad in due course.
