Brendan Rodgers' side were on easy street in the end as they comfortably defeated Ross County 3-0 in the Highlands this afternoon.

David Turnbull gave the visitors the lead deep into first-half stoppage time, while a stunning strike by Luis Palma and a header by James Forrest secured the points late in the game.

James Brown was sent off for a shocking tackle on Yang after only 10 minutes, which made the task an unenviable one for the County players who saw their teammate trodden off.

VAR was heavily involved in the first half, with David Munro initially giving brown a booking before upgrading the punishment after a review. Liam Scales and Oh had goals chopped off after a foul and offside decision respectively.

One incident that appears to have gone unnoticed though was Will Nightingale's shirt pull on Oh inside his own box.

Sky Sports footage shows that the Staggies substitute had a handful of the South Korean striker's jersey.

It was a similar situation to the one spotted by VAR at Ibrox last weekend when Connor Goldson was hauled back Hearts' Peter Haring.

Meanwhile, the Green Brigade may be banned from attending Celtic matches, but their presence is still on show it seems.

A Green Brigade banner was unfurled by Celtic fans ahead of their lunchtime clash against Ross County today.

Backed by a large travelling support, the Hoops fans draped the advertising hoardings with several banners and flags in the stand behind the goal where they're situated.

The banner displays the message 'ultras' with a Green Brigade logo in the centre of it. And while the group shouldn't officially be there, the banner has made its way into the ground this afternoon.

The supporters' group are in the midst of a feud with the club's board. On Tuesday it became apparent that Celtic had suspended 250 season tickets belonging to members of the group. Chiefs also informed the Green Brigade, via email, that they would not be eligible to attend away matches either.
