Kilmarnock have announced the signing of Gary Mackay-Steven who has joined the club on a short-term deal until the winter break.
Former Scotland international, Mackay-Steven reunites with Derek McInnes having played under the Rugby Park boss during a two-year spell at Aberdeen.
The 33-year-old will strengthen Killie's squad ahead of the busy festive period, adding valuable experience gained from his time in Scotland and a stint stateside with New York City FC.
The club's new No.39 earned a deal after impressing while training alongside the squad to regain fitness over the past month, following his departure from Heart of Midlothian in the summer.
A club statement added: "Everyone at the club would like to wish Gary a warm welcome to Ayrshire."
