Celtic midfielder Matt O'Riley has been called up to the Denmark national team.

The 23-year-old has been added to the national team squad after Christian Norgaard pulled out through injury.

Denmark face Switzerland and the Faroe Islands later this month with O'Riley originally set to miss the matches.

However, he will now be involved for his country as he replaced injured Norgaard in the pool.

A Denmark national team update confirmed: "Unfortunately, Christian Nørgaard has to cancel the matches in March with an injury.
