The debate rages on following Sunday's Glasgow Derby - with the decision to award Rangers a controversial penalty leaving Celtic seeking answers from the Scottish FA.
Celtic were 2-0 ahead when Rangers forward Fabio Silva went down inside the box under pressure from Alistair Johnston, and seeking a spot-kick, but was instead booked by referee John Beaton for simulation.
The whistler was then asked to review his decision at the pitch side VAR monitor, where he opted to reverse his initial call and award Rangers a penalty.
James Tavernier converted to reduce the deficit before a frantic end-to-end climax saw the Ibrox clash end 3-3.

At the full-time whistle, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers claimed the penalty outcome swayed the game in Rangers' favour. While former Hoops striker Chris Sutton labelled it "embarrassing".
A similar incident occurred during the UEFA Champions League match between Arsenal and Bayern Munich though, but this time the man in the middle didn't require any VAR intervention.
Arsenal's Bukayo Saka glided past Manuel Neuer then fell to the ground inside the 18-yard box - seemingly forcing his right leg into the pathway of the Bayern goalkeeper. However, the referee didn’t take any further action and blew the full-time whistle.
Writing on X, Celtic TV commentator Gerry McCulloch suggested there wasn't much difference to what happened in Govan last weekend - using a tongue in cheek manner to convey his point.

Quoting the clip of Saka, he joked: "But there was contact and the attacker went down, so that means penalty. No?"
