Celtic's away allocation against Dundee has not been cut, according to reports.

A Celtic ticket update had suggested the number of tickets for away supporters had been slashed by around 400 for the Scottish Premiership fixture at Dens Park.

The Parkhead club have received 3,323 tickets for away supporters for this weekend's match.

That's around 400 tickets fewer than the club were able to sell for the fixture between the clubs on December 26 last year.

In the last meeting at Dens Park, Celtic had an away allocation of 3,737.

A Celtic FC Ticket update read: "Tickets for the #cinchpremiership away fixture vs. Dundee on Sunday, April 28 are now on sale to eligible Season Ticket holders.

"The Club received a reduced allocation of 3,323 tickets for this match."

However, it's now claimed Celtic could have as many as 4,200 supporters at Dens Park this Sunday.

Football Scotland reports tickets in the main stand in Block B will be sold despite suggestions that would not be the case.

It's further claimed that Dundee will sell tickets to the match separately for local Celtic supporters to avoid away fans being situated in the home end at Dens Park.
