The Glasgow Club's Player of the Year Awards took place at the city's OVO Hydro on Sunday, May 12.

During the ceremony, Larsson - who played for the club from 1997 until 2004 - won the Outstanding Contribution Award.

The 'Super Swede' scored 242 goals in 315 appearances for the Hoops over seven seasons.

Sharing the picture on Twitter, he said: "Lovely evening at the Celtic Player of the Year Awards with my two lads - Glasgow-born James and Harry (how time flies and thanks to Yorkhill Hospital) - and very proud to present Henrik with the Outstanding Contribution Award.

"What a special player and person."

It comes after Celtic battled it out with Rangers at Celtic Park on Saturday, May 11.

In the fully action-packed Old Firm, the Parkhead side won 2 - 1.
