Rangers legend Michael Mols has given a heartfelt update a year on from his brain tumour operation.
The Dutch football star - who played for the Gers from 1999 to 2004 - underwent the major surgery last October.

Sharing a picture of himself on Instagram at the time, the baller said: "Brain tumour operation, done it!
“Next step: recovery, giving 100%, staying positive!"
Today, Mols said he has now totally recovered from the operation and has realised just how lucky he is.
Taking to Instagram, he said: "Today exactly a year ago, I had a brain tumor operation and totally recovered, afterwards I realized I was so lucky and (it has) made me so grateful.
"So (I) want to thank everyone from Amsterdam UMC who helped me before, during and after my operation, for beating the brain tumor and my health."

He then went on to thank Gers fans, as well as a few Glasgow people - and of course, his family.
He added: "Also want to thank all the supporters from Rangers FC and FC Utrecht for their support, it gave me energy and strength, all the members.
"Special thanks to I Drive You for making me look good, Sattay Singh a.k.a the Glasgow guru for praying for me. Lars Jaarsma for your personal fighter protection, Marco, Danny and Libertario Delgado Valoroso for our forever friendship. Gusto Uhlie for always having my back when needed, and for my family, specially for my brother and three sisters...our love is intense.
"And last but not least, Nino Mols for trying to be like Mike and finally Jane Mols ,you are simply the best! And of course, special thanks for my mother - my inspiration.
"So, enjoy life as much as possible and health most important! Thank you thank you thank you. Btw, is it my heart speaking or my brains?"
Fans were quick to give Mols some love, as well as Ally McCoist.
Ally said: "Your flying pal."
