The officials have been confirmed for the first Rangers vs Celtic match of the season.

Russell Martin's men welcome the Scottish Premiership champions to Ibrox this Sunday, August 31, with a midday kick-off in place.

Don Robertson will referee the match, assisted by Daniel McFarlane and Chris Rae.

Andrew Dallas is on VAR, with Calum Scott the AVAR official.

Celtic can move nine points clear at the top of the table with a win after Rangers drew their opening three matches of the season 1-1 against Motherwell, Dundee and St Mirren.

The last time the sides met, Adam Idah's equaliser cancelled out a first-half strike from Cyriel Dessers in a 1-1 draw at Ibrox.

Both teams are in Champions League play-off action before Sunday's crunch showdown.

Celtic are in Kazakhstan, while Rangers travel to Belgium as they attempt to overturn a 3-1 loss to Club Brugge.
