The chief executive of the Hungarian club Ferencvaros has said he would be "proud" of former Celtic loanee Robbie Keane if he took the Tottenham Hotspur job.
The 45-year-old has been linked to the top job at Spurs, where he used to play, with the club currently having an interim boss.
Pal Orosz, the Ferencvaros chief executive, spoke about him in the past tense, saying he had a "good impact" at the club.
He told the Hungarian media outlet M4 Sport that he would be proud of Keane.
Orosz told M4 Sport: "He had a good impact on Ferencvaros, as we can see.

"A true Irishman, hard-headed, but at the same time a very good figure.
"He can win and motivate a lot, the players believe in him and that is the most important thing.
"A real leader.
"If he really was mentioned with Tottenham, then we are proud, because in this way we made the right choice.
"And he also wanted to come here, and that is why he left his mark here."
Keane has also been linked with the top job at Parkhead when Martin O'Neill vacates in the summer.
