Andy Halliday has accused Rangers head coach Danny Rohl of being too reactive in games.
The former Rangers player expressed concern after the team's recent defeat to Hearts at Tynecastle.
Despite taking the lead through Dujon Sterling, Rangers succumbed to goals from Stephen Kingsley and Lawrence Shankland, resulting in a loss for Rohl's side.
Halliday said: "Derek McInnes has been brilliant at making in-game changes that can affect games. [Open Goal]
"Danny Rohl doesn’t change anything unless it’s at half-time."

Outspoken pundit claims Derek McInnes 'schooled' Danny Rohl at Tynecastle
He said that within 10 minutes of the second half, his group chat was certain Hearts would win.
He criticised Rohl for not making any changes to regain control and said the substitution of Gassama for Skov Olsen was like-for-like.
Halliday added: "Nothing happens, so they throw everything at it and every striker, then they start playing short when they’ve got everyone in the box!"
He questioned Rohl's future at Rangers but stopped short of calling for his sacking.
Halliday said: "I don’t think he should get sacked, but the case for him not to be sacked was that it was a 13-point deficit and he got it back to one, brilliant.
"They’re just not entertaining at all."
