Former Rangers striker Gordon Durie has described the club's summer transfer window as "hugely important."
He praised the signing of Lawrence Shankland, the former Tynecastle captain, who joined on a two-year deal last week.
Durie told Sky Sports: "I think it's been a long time coming. There's been a lot of rumours over the last couple of years on him coming, but he's here now. I think he's probably the best finisher in Scotland.
"He knows the Scottish game inside out, and I'm sure he'll be a fantastic signing for Rangers."

The ex-Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur forward, who also played for both Hibs and Hearts, believes a successful summer window will be crucial for the club. The 60-year-old said: "I'm very optimistic [about this season].
"I think, up until the last five games, we were there or thereabouts. We didn't finish the season too well.
"Obviously, Danny Rohl is going to have his first pre-season bringing in his own players and whatever, so it's a hugely important summer for him and the club, and hopefully brings in a few."
