Former Rangers loanee Vaclav Cerny has retired from international football.

"This is the first time I’m publicly announcing this decision.
"It was a difficult and painful process for me. It was a decision I’ve been thinking about for a while.
"I’ve played in more than 30 matches, I’ve shown my quality, but the appreciation toward me hasn’t been there from the start."
The 28-year-old winger will now focus on his club career with Besiktas, where he has been playing for the past year.
He said: "The easiest choice for me was to say, ‘okay, now’s the right time, and I’ll fully focus on Besiktas’ because there are very important things I need to achieve here."
Despite rumours of a Rangers return, Besiktas manager Vincenzo Italiano is believed to see Cerny as part of his plans.
