Duran's signing marks Celtic's second transfer of the summer, following Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's one-year contract confirmation last week.
Speaking to club media, Duran said: "I'm very happy, it's a dream come true to sign for a big club like Celtic, the biggest in Scotland, and I'm just excited to get going and score lots of goals.
"When I first heard of the interest, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind."
Duran added, "It was a dream come true playing in the Champions League.
"That's what you dream of as a kid, so to score goals was amazing, and that's what I want to continue doing here, scoring goals in the Champions League."
He expressed his commitment to the club, saying, "I give it my all in every game, with a lot of effort and dedication, and hopefully the goals will come.

Duran's move to Celtic represents a significant step in his career, having joined Qarabag from Portuguese side Portimonense just 11 months ago.
In 45 appearances for the Azerbaijani team, he scored 15 goals and provided 10 assists, helping his side to a second-place finish in the Azerbaijan Premier League.
Before his stint at Qarabag, Duran played for Lusitania and Estrela Amadora, before making the move to Portimonense in 2024.
