Rangers have seen an opening bid for their former winger Vaclav Cerny rejected, according to a report.
Derek McInnes is keen to sort out the right wing position after making central mifielder Cammy Devlin his sixth summer signing at the weekend, and is believed to be keen on a left footer.
Cerny starred for Rangers during a loan from Wolfsburg during the 2024-25 season. Rangers were interested in a permanent deal at the end of that but he ended up moving to Besiktas.
Now, the Ibrox club are reported to have rekindled their interest in the 28-year-old, who scored five and assisted seven in the Turkish Super Lig last season.
