I'll be at Celtic Park on Saturday evening doing some television work for Premier Sports in the Scottish Cup and I really hope to get a glimpse of the new signings.
I know from experience how difficult it is to go and stew on a defeat to Rangers and I imagine that the players will be itching to get out there and put that performance to bed.
There have been a few questions asked of them these past few weeks and this is the time to go out and show that you have the answers.
And while the likes of Timothy Weah and Oliver Burke need a bit of game time to get up to speed, I do hope that they are given some minutes against Airdrie as Celtic start their defence of the Scottish Cup.
You always want to be looking at a home game to kick off your Cup run and hopefully it will be a decent turn out for the fixture.
Vakoun Issouf Bayo has been playing regularly and scoring goals this season so it wold be good to give these guys the chance to go out and get off to a flying start.
It is always important when you are going into a new club to get off on the right foot and it would give everyone a lift to see what they have got this weekend.
