POLLOK landed the plum tie in the second round of the New Coin Holdings West of Scotland Cup when they were drawn to host Junior Cup holders Hurlford United.
The clash will give Lok fans an idea of how far they've progressed in the Super First this season under Tony McInally.
Macca said: "It will be a huge step up in class for my players and will give us an indication of where we stand. But I'd like to think it's a toughie for Hurlford as well."
Petershill will be at home to ground-share partners Rossvale, who are currently top of the Central Second Division.
A cracking Ayrshire derby is in prospect as Beith face Largs Thistle while West Cup holders Auchinleck Talbot host Larkhall Thistle.
