A WOMAN was raped in broad daylight in the middle of the city centre.
Police are investigating the shocking rape of a 29-year-old woman on Scott Street, close to the junction with Sauchiehall Street.

The attack occurred at around midday on Wednesday.
Officers say they are following a positive line of enquiry.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "We received a report of a serious sexual assault of a 29-year-old woman on Scott Street, near Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.

"The incident happened around 12pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
"Officers are following a positive line of enquiry."
