The actions of an MP who travelled by train from London to Glasgow after testing positive for coronavirus are still being scrutinised by Police Scotland.
Margaret Ferrier, MP for Rutherglen and Hamilton West, has faced repeated calls to resign after the incident and was suspended by the SNP.
She has refused to resign claiming the virus makes "you do things out of character".
While the Metropolitan Police in London announced no action would be taken from their part, the case is still being investigated by Police Scotland, the Sunday Mail reports.

Writing to Labour MSP Jackie Baillie, Assistant Chief Constable Alan Speirs said: “Police Scotland is aware of the decision made by the Metropolitan Police Service.
“We are now assessing the circumstances and are in consultation with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. As this is a matter under consideration, you will appreciate that I cannot comment further at this time.
“Please be assured we remain committed to doing all that we can in keeping people safe.”
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon previously described her actions as "reckless, dangerous and completely indefensible" and joined calls for Ferrier to resign.
