A teenager has been caught with an alleged quantity of "controlled drugs" in the East End.
Officers had been chasing the 18-year-old by foot on Altyre Street in Tollcross yesterday.
After a "short" quest, police seized a quantity of illegal substances.

A report is due to be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A statement from Glasgow North East Police Division reads: "Good work by local community officers yesterday who after a short foot chase in Altyre Street, Glasgow.
"Caught an 18-year-old man allegedly in possession of a quantity of controlled drugs.
"A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
