A MAN has been rushed to hospital following an assault on a Drumchapel street, police have confirmed.
Officers were called Blairdardie Street in the West of the city at 6.20pm earlier this evening after receiving reports that a man had been injured in an assault.
The man in question has since been taken to hospital, with police remaining at the scene.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Around 6.20pm on Monday 10 May, 2021, police received a report a man had been assaulted in Blairdardie Road, Drumchapel. Emergency services attended and the man has been taken to hospital.
"Officers remain on the scene and enquiries are ongoing."
