GLASGOW is set to sizzle in the sunshine this weekend as Scotland begin their Euro 2020 campaign.
The city is expected to reach a peak of 20C this weekend, ensuring that football fanatics can bask in the sunshine while enjoying beginning of the tournament.
The news will be welcomed by Scotland fans, who will watch the team begin their first tournament campaign in 23 years as they kick off against Czech Republic on Monday.

Around 6,000 fans are expected to attend the official fan zone each day in Glasgow Green during the competition, with others watching from beer gardens, pubs and at home.
The Met Office say that high pressure is to thank for the mini heatwave.
The weather is set to get slightly cooler through to next week, although temperatures are expected to get warmer through the month.
