A STREET has been taped off following an incident in Hamilton.
999 crews including ambulance, police and the fire service are in attendance at Peacock Cross.
It has been confirmed that a crash between two cars and a pedestrian has taken place.

Due to the closure of Peacock Cross, services from Hamilton will divert via Almada Street, Beckfort Street, Clydesdale Street, Douglas Street & Caird Street.
TO Hamilton, services will divert via Caird Street, Beckford Street & Almada Street.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to a report of a crash involving two cars and a pedestrian on Almada Street, Hamilton, around 10.40am on Wednesday, March 8.
“Emergency services are in attendance.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
